Pricing

Two components. Both disclosed before you pay.

How pricing works

Your total cost has two components: airfare and an agency fee. Both are disclosed in your written quote before any payment is collected. Nothing is charged until you provide written authorization. The two components are always shown as separate line items — never combined or embedded.

Component Charged By Disclosed In Statement Descriptor
Airfare Airline or accredited ticketing partner Written quote Airline or partner name
Agency Fee TravelFirst LLC Written quote TRAVELFIRST

Airfare

Airfare includes the base fare, government taxes, airport fees, and carrier surcharges. It is charged by the airline or by our accredited ticketing partner — not by TravelFirst LLC. The charging party and expected statement descriptor are disclosed in your written quote before authorization.

Important

TravelFirst LLC does not charge airfare. Airfare is charged by the airline or accredited ticketing partner and will appear on your statement under that party's name — not TRAVELFIRST. The specific party is always disclosed in your written quote.

Agency Fee

TravelFirst charges a separate agency fee for the advisory and coordination work performed on your behalf. This fee is always a separate line item — never embedded in the airfare amount. It will appear on your statement as TRAVELFIRST.

What the agency fee covers:

  • Flight research and option identification
  • Written quote preparation
  • Booking coordination and ticketing facilitation
  • Advisor support during the booking process

What the agency fee is NOT:

  • A processing fee
  • A convenience fee
  • A carrier fee
  • An administrative fee
  • A service charge
  • A tax of any kind
  • Part of the airfare
  • Set by the airline

Payment Authorization

No payment is collected without written authorization. Before any charge is processed, you will receive a written authorization document that discloses the following:

  1. Your name and contact information
  2. The specific itinerary (routes, dates, cabin class)
  3. The airfare amount and who charges it
  4. The agency fee amount and that it is charged by TravelFirst LLC
  5. The total amount you will be charged
  6. The expected statement descriptor(s)
  7. Your explicit agreement that the amounts cannot increase after authorization

After written authorization is provided, the authorized amounts cannot increase.
