Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when submitting a travel request or contacting us. This includes:

  • Contact information โ€” your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Travel request details โ€” destinations, travel dates, passenger counts, cabin preferences, and any special requirements you describe.
  • Booking correspondence โ€” emails, messages, and communications exchanged during the quoting and booking process.
  • Payment information โ€” collected by our payment processor on our behalf (see Payment Data section).

We do not collect information from third-party data brokers or social media platforms.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide our travel advisory services:

  • Processing travel requests โ€” reviewing your inquiry, searching available itineraries, and preparing options.
  • Preparing and delivering quotes โ€” creating itemized written quotes that show airfare, taxes, fees, and our agency fee separately.
  • Completing bookings โ€” after you provide written authorization, transmitting your information to accredited ticketing partners to issue tickets.
  • Communications โ€” responding to your questions, providing booking confirmations, and following up on your request.
  • Legal and compliance obligations โ€” maintaining required business records and complying with applicable law.

We do not use your information for advertising or marketing to third parties, and we do not sell your personal information.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share your information only as necessary to provide services or as required by law:

  • Accredited ticketing partners โ€” to complete bookings, we transmit passenger information (name, date of birth, contact details) to our accredited GDS and ticketing partners who issue airline tickets on our behalf.
  • Payment processor โ€” we use a PCI-DSS certified third-party payment processor to handle payment card transactions. Your card data is submitted directly to the processor and is not stored on TravelFirst systems.
  • Legal requirements โ€” we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

We do not share your information with airlines directly or with any advertising networks.

Payment Data

Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you authorize a charge:

  • Your card number, CVV, and billing information are entered directly into the payment processor's secure environment.
  • TravelFirst does not store, transmit, or have access to full card numbers on our own systems.
  • We retain only the last four digits of your card number and the charge authorization reference for our records.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet our legal obligations:

  • Booking records and correspondence โ€” 24 months from the date of the travel request or booking, whichever is later.
  • Payment records โ€” retained by our payment processor per their own data retention policies. We retain only charge reference numbers and last-four card digits.
  • Unfulfilled inquiries โ€” if you submitted a request but no booking was made, we retain your inquiry for up to 12 months.

You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Your Rights below).

We use essential and functional cookies to operate this website. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Functional cookies remember your preferences, such as your cookie consent choice.
