TravelFirst LLC participates in the ARC Verified Travel Consultant (VTC) program. ARC Verified Travel Consultant status is an identity-verification credential and does not grant ticketing authority.

TravelFirst does not operate its own booking or ticketing platform. When a booking is authorized by a client, we work with accredited ticketing partners — entities that hold the appropriate ARC or IATA accreditations — to process and issue the ticket through airline reservation systems.
This structure allows TravelFirst to offer flight research and booking coordination services while relying on appropriately credentialed partners for the ticketing function. All ticketing partners used by TravelFirst are bound by accreditation standards.
The identity of the charging party for airfare (whether the airline directly or the ticketing partner) is disclosed in your written quote before you authorize payment.
Ticket Issuance Disclosure
Airline tickets are issued through accredited ticketing partners using airline reservation systems. TravelFirst LLC does not issue airline tickets directly. Your contract of carriage is with the operating carrier.
TravelFirst operates on a request-and-quote model. We do not have a live booking engine, and we do not offer instant reservations. Every booking begins with a client-submitted request that a travel advisor reviews manually.
After reviewing your request, we research available flight options and prepare a written quote. That quote is delivered to you by email. You are under no obligation at that point — no payment has been initiated, no reservation has been made.
If you decide to proceed, you provide written authorization. Only after that authorization is confirmed do we initiate payment processing and coordinate ticket issuance. This sequence — request, research, quote, authorize, then book — is followed for every TravelFirst transaction.
There is no live inventory search on our website. Flight options presented in your quote reflect availability researched by your advisor at a point in time. Fares and availability can change; your advisor will communicate if there are material changes before you authorize.
This model is deliberate. It ensures that every client receives a clear, itemized quote reviewed by a human — and that no payment is processed without explicit written consent. We believe this is the right way to operate a travel agency.
No Instant Booking
TravelFirst does not offer instant online booking. All bookings require a submitted request, a written quote, and explicit written authorization before any payment is processed.
Several U.S. states require travel agencies selling travel services to residents of those states to register as a "Seller of Travel." These registration requirements vary by state and are subject to change.
TravelFirst LLC monitors applicable Seller of Travel registration requirements and intends to comply with all applicable state registration laws before conducting transactions that require such registration.
