Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a travel request through this website, using TravelFirst's services, or communicating with TravelFirst LLC for the purpose of obtaining flight research, quotes, or booking facilitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit a request or use our services.

These terms apply to all interactions with TravelFirst LLC, including requests submitted by phone, email, or through this website.

Description of Services

TravelFirst LLC is an independent travel agency. We provide:

Flight research and option identification
Written quotes showing all costs before authorization
Booking coordination and ticketing facilitation
Advisor support during the booking process

Our service is focused on flight research, written quotes, and booking coordination. Airline tickets are issued through accredited ticketing partners. Hotels, car rentals, cruises, travel insurance, and other travel products are outside this service.

Ticketing Partner Disclosure

Airline tickets are issued through accredited ticketing partners using airline reservation systems.

Agency Fee

TravelFirst LLC charges a separate agency fee for the advisory and coordination services described above. The agency fee:

Is disclosed in your written quote before any payment is collected
Is always a separate line item, never embedded in the airfare amount
Is charged only after written authorization is provided

It is a separate TravelFirst charge for research and booking coordination, not part of the airfare.

Authorization Requirement

No payment will be collected without written authorization from the customer. Before any charge is processed, TravelFirst LLC will provide a written authorization document disclosing:

The specific itinerary authorized
The airfare amount and the party charging it
The agency fee amount and that it is charged by TravelFirst LLC
The total amount to be charged

After written authorization is provided, the authorized amounts cannot increase. If a fare change occurs before processing, a new authorization will be obtained before any charge is applied.

TravelFirst 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

For bookings made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date, TravelFirst offers a full refund of airfare and the TravelFirst agency fee when you cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation. Contact TravelFirst by phone or email to request the cancellation.

Refund Policy

The refundability of charges depends on the circumstances. The agency fee is refundable within TravelFirst's 24-hour cancellation policy and in the event TravelFirst cannot complete the booking. After ticket issuance, the agency fee is non-refundable. Airfare refundability follows the fare rules of the applicable ticket and the policies of the airline or ticketing partner.

Fulfillment

The service provided by TravelFirst LLC is considered rendered upon delivery of the e-ticket confirmation and itinerary documentation.

Claims that services were not received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

TravelFirst LLC's total liability to any client is limited to the amounts paid by that client directly to TravelFirst LLC (the TravelFirst agency fee). TravelFirst is not liable for airfare, taxes, or fees charged by airlines or ticketing partners, airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, force majeure events, or carrier decisions made after ticket issuance.

Billing Disputes & Escalation

If you believe a charge processed by TravelFirst LLC is incorrect, contact us at support@travelfirst.us or +1 (888) 992-4455. We acknowledge billing questions within 24 hours and provide a written resolution or status update within 5 business days. You may also contact your card issuer at any time.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of TravelFirst services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
