By submitting a travel request through this website, using TravelFirst's services, or communicating with TravelFirst LLC for the purpose of obtaining flight research, quotes, or booking facilitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit a request or use our services.
These terms apply to all interactions with TravelFirst LLC, including requests submitted by phone, email, or through this website.
TravelFirst LLC is an independent travel agency. We provide the following services:

TravelFirst LLC participates in the ARC Verified Travel Consultant (VTC) program. ARC Verified Travel Consultant status is an identity-verification credential and does not grant ticketing authority.
Airline tickets are issued through accredited ticketing partners using airline reservation systems. TravelFirst LLC does not issue airline tickets directly.
TravelFirst LLC charges a separate agency fee for the advisory and coordination services described above. The agency fee:
The agency fee is NOT a processing fee, convenience fee, carrier fee, administrative fee, service charge, tax, or part of the airfare. It is not set by the airline.
For eligible bookings made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date, customers may cancel within 24 hours of booking confirmation for a full refund of airfare and the TravelFirst agency fee. No cancellation penalty applies within this window. To exercise this right, contact TravelFirst immediately at support@travelfirst.us or +1 (888) 992-4455.
The refundability of charges depends on the circumstances. The agency fee is refundable within the DOT 24-hour window and in the event TravelFirst cannot complete the booking. After ticket issuance, the agency fee is non-refundable. Airfare refundability follows the fare rules of the applicable ticket and the policies of the airline or ticketing partner.

The service provided by TravelFirst LLC is considered rendered upon delivery of the e-ticket confirmation and itinerary documentation.
Claims that services were not received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
TravelFirst LLC will obtain and maintain any Seller of Travel registrations required by applicable law before conducting transactions requiring such registration.
TravelFirst LLC's total liability to any client is limited to the amounts paid by that client directly to TravelFirst LLC (the TravelFirst agency fee). TravelFirst is not liable for airfare, taxes, or fees charged by airlines or ticketing partners, airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, force majeure events, or carrier decisions made after ticket issuance.
If you believe a charge processed by TravelFirst LLC is incorrect, contact us first at support@travelfirst.us or +1 (888) 992-4455. We acknowledge all billing disputes within 1 business day and provide a written resolution or status update within 5 business days. You retain the right to contact your card issuer if the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or your use of TravelFirst services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
